Performance.
The company value will have an impact on investors' interest in the company, one
of the factors being the capital structure. The aim of the research is to test and
analyze the influence of institutional ownership and managerial ownership, both
simultaneously and partially, on the company's financial performance. The
research method used is quantitative research using secondary data. Data
collection techniques were carried out using non-participant observation methods.
The research results show that institutional ownership has an influence on
financial performance, but managerial ownership has no effect on performance
variables, while simultaneously the influence of institutional ownership and
managerial ownership on financial performance has an effect on financial
