Abstract

The Jakmania throughout Indonesia has more than 127,000 active members who have
a Member Identity Card (KTA). They are spread across the Jabodetabek area and an
official branch office in Tokyo, Japan. In Bantargebang, there are around 150 active
members who have KTAs. The Jakmania Bantargebang area covers the villages of
Bantargebang, Sumur Batu, Ciketing, and Cikiwul, which are managed by the regional
coordinator Muhammad Ade Sopiyan. Unfortunately, the lack of activeness of The
Jakmania Bantargebang members in supporting Persija Jakarta's activities has led to
a lack of support provided. This research uses the Goal-Plan-Action (GPA) theory
which involves goals, plans and actions. The research method used is qualitative with a
descriptive approach. The goal is to understand the phenomena experienced by the
research subject, including behavior, opinions, motivations, and actions, by describing
them in the form of words and natural language. The results showed that The Jakmania
Bantargebang can take several steps, such as organizing birthday events, making
uniforms and utilizing revenue from match ticket sales to support Persija Jakarta's
finances and achievements. The economic potential of this income can be a positive
thing to support Persija Jakarta's achievements.
