Abstract
This study discusses the relationship between product quality, price and location that affect consumer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Product Quality, Price and Location at Kopsur Coffee Pengasinan. The sample used was 100 people using purposive sampling technique, data collection by conducting observations, and distributing questionnaires. Data was processed using Statistic Product and Service Solution 25.0 (SPSS 25.0). The results showed that there was a significant effect of Product Quality, Price and Location on Consumer Satisfaction at Kopsur Coffee Pengasinan.
