Abstract
Communication
Interpersonal Coaches on Player Achievement Motivation in Extracurriculars
Futsal Ma'had Khairul Bariyyah Cimuning
The purpose of this research is to determine the trainer's interpersonal communication
on the achievement motivation of players in extracurricular futsal Ma'had Khairul
Bariyyah Cimuning. This research method uses an approach
quantitative. The sample used in this research was futsal players
Ma'had Khairul Bariyyah Cimuning with a sample size of 30 players
futsal and the sampling technique used is sampling
Fed up. This research uses primary data of the quantitative data type
collected through a questionnaire and then processed using a program
Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 25. Results of this research
shows that interpersonal communication has a significant positive effect
on achievement motivation (β1=0.457; t-count 5.694; sig 0.000). Result of
Adjusted R Square has a coefficient of determination of 54.1% motivation
Futsal player Ma'had Khairul Bariyyah Cimuning's achievements were influenced by
interpersonal communication variable while the remaining 45.9% is influenced
by other factors, namely: intrinsic factors (possibility of success, self-efficacy, value,
fear of failure, and age difference) and extrinsic factors.
