Abstract

Building an office building is a construction project that requires mature planning. RAB is a term used to describe the process of estimating costs related to labor and materials, as well as other costs related with the construction or implementation of projects and software used is Microsoft Excel and Revit 2023 for rab this refers to the PUPR campaign 1 year 2022 and for the total calculation of structural volume is concrete 1.488,53 m3, return 68.302 kilograms, construction 77.932 m2,then the total result of the cost budget plan is Rp. 42,564,826,575.80 (Forty two billion five hundred sixty four million eight hundred twenty six thousand five hundred seventy five eighty Rupiah)
