Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of free cash flow,
investment opportunity set and leverage on dividend policy in property & real estate
sector companies.
The method used in this research is a statistical method with quantitative
research. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling method with data
sources from financial reports of companies in the property & real estate sector for
the period 2019-2021 and obtained 14 companies with 3 years of data obtaining 42
data results. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linier regression analysis
methods and processed with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service
Solution).
The results of this research show that free cash flow and leverage have no
effect on dividend policy while investment opportunity set has a positive and
significant effect on dividend policy.
