Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze how the Friends and Children Telephone Program at the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service in Bekasi Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a case study approach, collecting data by interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants in this study were the heads of call center services for Friends and Children Telephone (TeSA) 129 Bekasi Regency, and the Coordinator of Population Services in East Cikarang District. This research resulted in the finding that Friends and Children's Telephone (TeSA) 129 was built in 2021 because cases of violence against children during Covid greatly increased. The purpose of forming the TeSA program is to make it easier for victims to make complaints.
