Abstract

ABSTRACT
.
The aim of the research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of PT Mutiara Anugerah Alam employees. The research method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method, with the data used being primary and secondary data. The population and sample in this study were 35 employees of PT Mutiara Anugerah Alam. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out by means of interviews, observations and questionnaires via Google Form. This research uses a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method used is partial least squares (PLS) analysis using the SmartPLS version 4.0 program. The results of this research show that work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance, meaning that the better the work discipline and motivation provided by the company, the higher the level of performance of PT Mutiara Anugerah Alam employees.
