Abstract
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the effect of excessive work overload and work stress on employee job satisfaction at the company PT. Kimia Farma Plant Jakarta The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study were employees of PT. Kimia Farma Plant Jakarta office section has 71 employees. The number of respondents was 71 employees. The data collection technique in this research uses primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25. The results of this research show that excessive work overload has no effect on employee job satisfaction. This means that whether or not excessive work overload occurs at work will have an impact on job satisfaction in a company. Job stress has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. This means that work stress is one of the serious problems that befalls every employee in their workplace
