Abstract

There is an outbreak of the Covid-19 virus. (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus
2, SARS – CoV-2) Causes humans to be unable to freely communicate face to face. This
virus was first discovered in 2019 in Wuhan, China. Covid-19 spread throughout the world,
including in Bekasi, which announced the first Covid-19 patient in March 2020. In this
research, researchers used qualitative methods, with descriptive analysis. The descriptive
research method is a method used to solve problems as well as answer problems that occur
in the present by taking the steps of data collection, classification and analysis or data
processing, making conclusions and reports with the main aim of creating an objective
picture of a situation in a situation. descriptive. The results of researchers in the
Communication Barriers to the Covid-19 Handling Program in the New Normal contained
