The instruments used were a self-efficacy scale with a Cronbach's Alpha reliability value of 0.914, a job demand scale with a Cronbach's Alpha reliability value of 0.938 and a work engagement scale with a Cronbach's Alpha reliability value of 0.920. Data analysis in this study used the Spearman Rank correlation technique and Multiple Linear Regression Test to test the hypothesis. The results of study between self-efficacy and job demand variables on work engagement show an F value of 14.398 with a significance of 0.000 (p<0.05). This means that self-efficacy and job demands simultaneously have a significant influence on work engagement.
