Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of Executive Character, Company Characteristics, and Good Corporate Governance Dimension On Tax Avoidance in Consumer Goods Industrial Sector that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2018 – 2022. The samples of this study is 69 companies that selected by using purposive sampling method. The results of this study shows that: Executive Characters significant negative effect on Tax Avoidance. Company Size, Leverage, Proportion of Independent Commissioners, and Audit Quality not significant effect on Tax Avoidance. Managerial Ownership significant effect on Tax Avoidance.
