Abstract

A good network must provide good service to its users. When building a network, you have to pay attention to what is called Quality of Service in order to pay attention to network quality, namely in the form of Quality of Service parameters including throughput, packet loss, delay, and jitter according to TIPHONE standards. In this study using the Axence NetTools application to analyze the parameters of Quality of Service. Data was collected through a measurement survey, then the data was analyzed using the Axence NetTools application. Therefore it is necessary to measure how good the network quality is at the Faculty of Engineering, Islamic University 45 Bekasi. The results of this Quality of Service measurement on the internet network at the Faculty of Engineering, Islamic University of Islam 45 Bekasi can be seen that the average value of the Quality of Service parameters, especially Throughput and Packetloss is categorized as "Unsatisfactory" with an average value of
