Abstract

Based on the results of the analysis of several journals, the problems that occur in learning outcomes in elementary schools are low science learning outcomes, many students have not been able to achieve the predetermined KKM scores. Due to students who are less happy with science lessons because of the large amount of material and memorization that makes students less understand the lesson. This study aims to examine the use of the everyone is a teacher here strategy to improve the science learning outcomes of elementary school students. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) which comes from the google scholar database in accordance with the inclusion criteria, namely variables X and Y (everyone is a teacher here strategy and learning outcomes), science subjects, elementary school student subjects, research journals published in the last 10 years (2013-2023) and data sources only come from scientific articles in journals. Based on the results of the analysis of the 10 journals used in the research, the everyone is a teacher here strategy shows the lowest percentage results and the highest percentage reaches . This shows that the everyone is a teacher here strategy can improve the science learning outcomes of elementary school students. For future researchers if they want to use the everyone is a teacher here strategy, the recommendations given are to add the strategy steps in more detail and use picture cards to write questions so that students are not bored in carrying out learning activities.
