Abstract
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Debt to equity ratio,
assets growth ratio, return on assets, and return on equity on the value of property
and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-
2021 period. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The samples
used in this study were 15 property and real estate companies using a purposive
sampling method. The conclusion of this study shows that the variables Debt to
equity ratio (DER) and Assets Growth Ratio (AGR) have a positive and significant
effect on firm value, while the variables Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On
Equity (ROE) no significant negative effect on firm value. Companies will be
considered to have high potential if they have good ability to use and increase
assets, which will affect the increase in company value. The existence of this
research allows potential investors to be more selective in choosing which
company to invest in.
