Abstract

The Objective of this research to knows the relations of teachers' perceptions to the
principal's clinical supervision and the teacher's work ethos, the relations of teacher's
professional competence and the teacher's work Ethos, and the relations of teachers'
perceptions to the principal's clinical supervision and the teacher's professional
competence together with the teacher work Ethos in the of State Elementary School in
Mustikajaya, Bekasi City. The method used in this research is quantitative-descriptive
research. This research is correlational which aims to determine the closeness of the
relations or influence between two or more variables. The results of this research that
there is a significant relations between teachers' perceptions of the principal's clinical
supervision and the teacher's work Ethos is evidenced by the results of the regression
analysis that the correlation coefficient is positive at 8.2%, that there is a significant
relations between the teacher's professional competence and the teacher's work Ethos is
evidenced by regression analysis shows that the correlation coefficient is positive at 3.2%,
and there is a significant relations between teachers' perceptions to the principal's clinical
supervision and teacher Professional Competence together with Teacher Work Ethos as
evidenced by regression analysis that the correlation coefficient is positive at 8.6 %.
