The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of awareness, income, service quality, knowledge on the amount of motor vehicle tax arrears. The amount of motor vehicle tax arrears in this study as the dependent variable.
This research was conducted on people who were in arrears of collective agreements. The data used is primary. The population in this study are taxpayers who have motorized vehicles registered at the Samsat. The sampling technique used the Google form which obtained 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is data quality test analysis. Data is processed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) Version 25.0.
Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that awareness, income, service quality, knowledge have an effect and some do not affect the amount of motor vehicle tax arrears.
