Abstract
This study aims to find out and analyze how the strategy management of the Diniyah Education and Islamic Boarding School sections is in increasing the managerial competence of madrasa heads of Equality Education at Salafiyah Islamic Boarding Schools (SIBS) throughout Bekasi Regency. This research uses qualitative research. Data was collected through interviews, observations and documents obtained in the field. The results of this study revealed that 70% of the madrasa heads of Equality Education at Salafiyah Islamic Boarding Schools (SIBS) were low in managerial competence even though this competency was a very important requirement in managing the Madrasah Equality Education at Salafiyah Islamic Boarding Schools owned by the Salafiyah Islamic boarding school. So this matter should get attention and solution immediately. To overcome this condition, it must be studied or researched so that it can become material for a proposed program for the Religious Affairs Office in Bekasi Regency. So that it can be budgeted in the Regional Revenue Expenditure Budget. Then there is a need for strategic management by the Diniyah Education and Islamic Boarding School sections so that they are able to design guidelines for implementation planning and control of the program for increasing the managerial capabilities of madrasa heads for Equality Education at Salafiyah Islamic Boarding Schools (SIBS) in Bekasi district.
