Influence of Cash, SWBI Bonuses (Bank Indonesia Wadiah Certificates), Profit
Margins, and Third Party Funds on Murabahah Financing

The study aims to examine the effect of cash, SWBI bonuses, profit margins,
and third party funds on murabahah financing in Islamic banks in Indonesia.
The method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in
this study is in the form of financial report data at Islamic banks in Indonesia for the
2017-2021 research year. The total population in this study is 12 Islamic commercial
banks that issue financial and annual reports during the study period (2017-2021). With
a research sample of 7 Islamic commercial banks. The type of data used in this study
is secondary data sourced from the financial reports and annual reports of Islamic
banks. The financial and annual reports of Islamic banks are obtained through the
official websites of the Islamic banks concerned. The analysis used was multiple linear
regression analysis with SPSS 25 software.
The results showed that the cash variable had no effect on murabahah financing,
SWBI bonuses had no effect on murabahah financing, profit margins had a significant
effect on murabahah financing, and Third Party Funds had a significant effect on
murabahah financing. For further research it is expected to use other independent
variables related to murabahah financing. As well as the use of the type of sharia
commercial bank.
