Abstract

The transportation system are a form of attachment and linkage between passengers, goods, infrastructure and facilities that interact in a context as transporting people and goods within an order, either naturally created or made artificially / engineered. The existence of public transportation such as angkot (angkutan kota) in Bandung city, requires a services, rates and drivers income evaluations to determine the level of properness due to the lack of angkot users, the rise of online transportation such as Ojek Online (Ojol) and the operational costs increase that do not match angkot drivers income.

Several public transportation routes in Bandung city that are used in this study are: Cimahi-Leuwipanjang, Cibaduyut-Leuwipanjang, and Soreang-Leuwipanjang. The research method used in this study is the PCI (Pacific Consultants International) method, the Direktorat Jendral Perhubungan Darat RI (2002) and IPA (Importance Performance Analysis).
