The Body of Futsal Extracurricular Participants at MTs Al-Ihsan. Thesis. Program studies

Bekasi
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of physical fitness
Futsal Extracurricular Participants at MTs Al-Ihsan Pondok Gede, Bekasi City. Method
used in this research is descriptive method, aims to
collect data or information to be compiled, explained and analyzed. Population
The sample in this study were participants in the futsal extracurricular at MTs Al-Ihsan
Pondok Gede. The sampling technique used is Accidental
Sampling or taking at any time.
The results of the study: the level of physical fitness of the participants in the futsal extracurricular activity
MTs Al-Ihsan Pondok Gede in the less category of 86.7% (13 people),
medium category as much as 13.3% (2 people), and no one is in the category
very good, good and very less.
