Abstract
In overcoming poverty in Indonesia, one of the government's policies is the Family Hope Program which was implemented in 2007. This foundation is based on Permensos No. 10 of 2017 concerning Implementation of PKH which was then updated by Permensos No. 1 of 2018. This effort is expected to cut the poverty chain. The implementation of PKH which has been taking place in Satriajaya Village, Tambun Utara District, is in fact still lacking from the expected goals. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the Family Hope Program and the public's perception of the impact of PKH. The paradigm used by constructivism and the research design is a case study. The research method is in a qualitative way with the results of data processing techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing a conclusion. The results of the study stated that the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) for beneficiaries in Karang Satria Village had been able to help reduce the burden on public spending, however PKH had not been said to be fully effective in terms of target poverty, program objectives and monitoring.
