Abstract

This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method, to test the test items the authors tested with several test items, namely sprinting, body lifting, sit ups, vertical jumps and 1000 meter running,
The population in this study amounted to 102 people with a sample of 15 people. The sample in this study used a simple random sampling technique. How to determine the sample with simple random sampling technique, namely the technique of taking a sample that uses the rule of probability in the process of determining the sample.
Based on the results of the study, the number of students' physical fitness levels was 2 people in the good category, 13 people in the moderate category, and 0 in other categories. So it can be seen that the number of students' physical fitness levels in terms of the overall test with the highest number is in the moderate category, namely 13 people (88%).
