Abstract

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and work environment on the
performance of employees of PT Cipta Visi Sejahtera. The population in this study are employees at
PT Cipta Visi Sejahtera. The research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive
method. The data used were obtained from questionnaires and sampling of 33 respondents. For data
analysis using statistical tests and multiple regression analysis calculations calculated using the
Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results of the F test (simultaneously)
show that training and the work environment together have a significant effect on employee
performance. This result is proven by F count = 21.378 with sig = 0.000. The results of the partial test
show that the training regression coefficient (β1) is 0.537 with a significance level of 0.000 and the
work environment regression coefficient (β2) is 0.302 with a significance level of 0.020. So it can be
stated that partially leadership and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance.
The coefficient of determination (adjusted R square=kd) value of 0.560 indicates that the effect of
training and the work environment on performance is 0.560 or 56%, while the remaining 44% (10056%)
is
influenced
by
other
factors
which
were
not
examined
in
this
study.
