Abstract

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work stress on the
performance of Yapiss Ash-shiddiqiyyah teachers. The research method used is descriptive
quantitative. The population in this study were SDIT Yapiss Ash-shiddiqiyyah teachers, with
a sample of 35 respondents. To take a sample of this study using a saturated sample. The use
of data analysis methods using descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique was
carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to the teachers. For data analysis using
statistical tests and calculations using multiple linear regression which is calculated using the
Statistical Product and Service Solution 25.0 (SPSS 25.0) program. The results of this study
workload has no significant effect on performance while work stress has a significant effect
on performance and simultaneously affects performance.
