Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variable stock price,
Return On Investment, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Earning Per Share to price industry shares in the property and real estate sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2021 years.
By using a quantitative research model and analytical methods used in this study is the method of multiple regression analysis performed with SPSS 23.0. The data is obtained from the monthly data of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling used a purposive sampling method, in order to obtain 28 company sample. The results of the research partially show that the variable Return On Investment (β1=0.127;Thit=3.391;Sig.=0.000) has a significant effect on price share. variable Debt to Equity Ratio (β2=0.049;Thit=0.796;Sig.=0.428) not has an influence on the stock price. While the other variable is Earning Per Share (β3=0.139; Thit=1.268; Sig.=0.207) has a significant effect on stock prices. While the research results simultaneously Return On Investment, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Earning Per Share (F=7.863;Sig.=0.000) have a significant effect on share price with a contribution of 15.6% to the share price.
