Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leader Member Exchange and
Happiness At Work on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This research is a
quantitative research with random sampling method. Data collection is done using
interviews, observations and psychological scales Leader Member Exchange,
Happiness At Work and Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
The results of this study indicate Leader Member Exchange with
Organizational Citizenship Behavior there is a positive relationship. And for
Happiness At Work with Organizational Citizenship Behavior, there is a positive
relationship. In multiple linear regression correlation testing using the help of SPSS
version 20 for Windows resulted in an F = 40.814 value, p = 0.000 (p <0.05). which
results in an influence between Leader Member Exchange and Happiness At Work
with Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
