Abstract

Zaenx Makmur is one of the company who are produce green tea located at Purwakarta, East Java. As a green tea processing factory they does its best to reach the efficiency. It is because the efficiency was the goal for every company. The volume of output was influenced by factors of production used. This research was aimed to find out the production efficiency and to examine the influence of the input labors and machine on green tea production in Zaenx Makmur. The research method was descriptive quantitative were analyzed through multiple linear regression and then transformed to Cobb-Douglas production function using a software tools SPSS 24.0 version. The results of Cobb-Douglas analysis shows the variabel that affected green tea production was materials, labors and machine. Materials, labors and machine are simultaneously influence to green tea productions.The elasticity of materials was 1,062 labors is about 0,037 and the machine was about 0,687. Materials is elastic meanwhile labors and machine was inelastic. The return to scale shows that Zaenx Makmur is on increasing returns to scale. The efficiency of green tea production shows Zaenx Makmur is not yet reach the optimal efficiency.
