Abstract
PLC program is part of the system of industrial machines, and plays a very important role as machine controller and control. The existence of panel assembly and PLC programming, because as an automatic machine work control. Where has been done by the operator so that the work takes a long time, therefore we need a control mc. trimming which aims to streamline working time. In this practical work the author assembles the mc. trimming control panel along with programming on the PLC trimming machine. The results obtained after assembling the mc. trimming control panel and PLC programming, work time is faster, previously it took 5 minutes now only 1 minute.

Adanya perakitan panel dan pemograman PLC, karena sebagai kontrol kerja mesin otomatis. Dimana selama ini di kerjakan oleh operator sehingga pekerjaan memakan waktu yang lama, oleh karena itu di butuhkan sebuah control mc.trimming yang bertujuan untuk mengefisienkan waktu kerja. Pada tugas akhir ini penulis merakit panel kontrol mc.trimming beserta programming pada PLC machine trimming. Hasil yang di peroleh setelah di lakukan perakitan panel control mc.trimming dan programming PLC, waktu pekerjaan lebih cepat, sebelumnya memakan waktu 5 menit sekarang hanya 1 menit. Kata kunci : Program PLC, fungsi panel, test panel. |
