Abstract

This study focuses on the analysis of the suitability of the DSN MUI fatwa on the implementation of MSME financing at BPRS Patriot Bekasi. The method used in this study is a qualitative method that emphasizes the search for meaning, understanding, concepts, characteristics, symptoms, symbols, and descriptions of a phenomenon presented in a narrative manner.
The results of this study on murabahah provisions in Islamic banks, murabahah provisions for customers, murabahah guarantees, delays in payments on murabahah, bankruptcy in murabahah, debt in murabahah in the application of BPRS Patriot Bekasi are in accordance with fatwa no. 4 of 2000. However, in the second point, the debt in murabaha is not appropriate because the BPRS requires the customer to pay the installments that have not been paid directly by the customer.
