Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the tasmi' method affects the quality of memorizing the Qur'an at the Annur Islamic Boarding School. The results of this study are expected to add insight in the use of the tasmi' method and can maintain and improve the quality of memorizing the Qur'an.

This research is a quantitative research with Quasi Experimental Design. The population used is the new students of Pondok Pesantren Annur, the sample used is class X (A) as the experimental class and class X (B) as the control class with each class collecting 10 people. Data collection techniques in this study were tests and observations.

The problem studied in this study is how is the quality of memorizing the Qur'an at the Annur Islamic Boarding School? Does the tasmi' method affect the quality of memorizing the Qur'an in students at the Annur Islamic Boarding School? The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of memorizing the Qur'an at the Annur Islamic Boarding School, to find out whether the tasmi' method had an effect on the quality of memorizing the Qur'an in students at the Annur Islamic Boarding School.

The results of data analysis using the SPSS25 statistical test, to find out whether the tasmi' method has an effect or not on the quality of memorizing the Qur'an, t is carried out. Based on the results of the t test (one sample test) that has been carried out, the results obtained are 0.000 <0.05. Then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, this means that the tasmi' method affects the quality of memorizing the Qur'an
