Abstract

TJ FAMILY is a family business with activities in the form of frying cracker, packaging and distributing them to consumers. At first, the TJ FAMILY cracker business still produced 569.000 craker/year with 2 traders. In 2022, TJ FAMILY added traders and the result reached a production capacity of 1.086.025/piece per year with 9 traders. The analysis use qualitative quantitative methods. Judgings from the non-financial aspects, namely aspects of productions, marketing aspect and socio-economic aspects, it shows that the business is feasible to be developed. Business development seen from non-financial aspects is feasible to developed. The research result are financially feasible` to develop Bet B/C 3,01; NPV Rp322.335.288,-; IRR 27,48% and PP for 2 years 1month 26 days.
