Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of Ease of Use, Usefulness, Computer Self Efficacy, Quality of Information Systems on User Satisfaction of Accounting Information Systems in Trading Companies in Bekasi City. The total population studied was 43 samples. The sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling method, the data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 23 program.
The results of this study indicate that Ease of Use, Usefulness, Computer Self Efficacy, Quality of Information Systems have a positive and significant effect on User Satisfaction with Accounting Information Systems in trading companies in Bekasi City. This shows that the higher the level of ease of use, usefulness, computer self-efficacy, the quality of the information system of an accounting information system, the level of user satisfaction will increase.
