Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of Total Quality Management (TQM) on corporate performance through productive behavior on PT Top Guard Sistem Indonesia. This study used a quantitative approach through questionnaire distribution, sample collection techniques using Probability Sampling included Simple Random Sampling with 52 respondents. Analysis of research data using Simple Mediation linear regression. The results of this study Total Quality Management (TQM) have a direct effect on corporate performance and productive behavior mediating full-time between Total Quality Management (TQM) on corporate performance.
